On Today's chat we sit down with Molly Kurth, Senior Vice President of Chartwells Higher Education - Chartwells Higher Education Dining Service. Prior to her role at Chartwells, Molly was with Levy as the Vice President, NCAA Operations. She brings a unique background and expertise in both athletics and campus F&B to the conversation.
Athletics and dining locations are two cornerstones of social experiences on campus. While Molly is not primarily focused on the athletics perspective of returning from COVID-19, there are many relevant topics for discussion as well as crossover with re-opening on the campus level. Molly's current role has her immersed in planning and developing reopening strategies and processes for campus dining facilities.
Much of the conversation is focused on Chartwells' "Path to Open" three tiered approach that can be adapted to the 300+ campuses Chartwells serves depending on the level of social distancing and safety guidelines required either by the campus or state or local regulations. Each tier incorporates innovations that support safe dining practices while maintaining an engaging student dining experience.
